How to Move Documents Between Linked Accounts in SparkReceipt

If you’ve accidentally added a receipt or document to the wrong Linked Account — no worries! SparkReceipt makes it easy to move documents between your accounts.

🧭 Steps to Move Documents to Another Linked Account

  1. Select the Document(s):
    Open your document list and select the receipt(s) or file(s) you want to move.

  2. Open the “Assign” Menu:
    Tap or click the “Assign” option for the selected document.

  3. Choose “Move to Account”:
    From the Assign menu, select “Move to Account.”

  4. Pick the Target Linked Account:
    A list of your Linked Accounts will appear. Choose the one you want to move the document to.

✅ That’s it! The document will now appear under the selected Linked Account — with all its data intact.

Use this feature when:

  • A document was scanned under the wrong account

  • You handle expenses for multiple businesses or clients

  • You want to clean up and organize your accounts without losing data
