What is my email address associated with my account?

Your SparkReceipt account is always connected to an email address. This is the address we use for logging in, sending notifications, receipts uploads, and important messages.

If you’re unsure which email address is linked to your account, you can quickly find it in your Profile settings.

How to find your account email address

  1. Log in to SparkReceipt

  2. Open your Profile page

  3. Look under the Account section — it shows:

    • Your name

    • Your email address

This is the email currently associated with your account and login.

Login methods and email address

In the Login methods section of your Profile, you’ll also see how your login is configured:

  • Google login – if you use “Sign in with Google”, it shows the Google email address tied to SparkReceipt

  • Email & Password – if you use a direct email login, this shows the email you enter when logging in

Both should match the primary email shown in your Profile. If they don’t, you might be logged into a different account, which can make receipts seem “missing.”

Why this matters

If you log in with a different email (for example, another Google account), SparkReceipt will treat it as a separate account, and your existing receipts won’t appear.

Before contacting support about missing receipts, double-check you’re logged in with the correct email address displayed here.

About Apple Private Relay / Hide My Email

If you’re using Apple Private Relay or “Hide My Email”, the email you see in SparkReceipt may look different (it can be an address like [email protected]). These are real email addresses — but they are generated by Apple to protect your privacy.

If you use an Apple-generated email to sign up or log in, be aware that:

  • The email in your Profile will show the Private Relay address

  • Support needs to know this Private Relay email to look up your account correctly

  • If you’re unsure what address you used, go to your Apple Settings → Your Name → iCloud → Hide My Email to see the actual relay address you gave to SparkReceipt

📌 Tip: When contacting support about a missing account or receipts, include the full Private Relay email exactly as shown in your Profile so we can locate your account faster.
