The SparkReceipt mobile app is optimized for capturing or picking one document at a time. If you have a backlog of receipt photos on your phone that you'd like to upload all at once, the web app's mass upload is the best path.
Option 1 — use the web app from your phone
Open app.sparkreceipt.com in your mobile browser and log in. From the Documents view, use the mass upload action to select multiple images from your phone's camera roll in one go. The layout is built for desktop, but it works on mobile if you only need to do this once.
Option 2 — transfer to your computer and upload from there
If you have a larger backlog, it's usually faster to move the photos to your laptop first — for example via Google Drive, iCloud, AirDrop, or a USB cable — and then use mass upload on the desktop web app. You can upload up to 100 documents per batch, and you can either pick the category up front or let AI categorize each document.
