No, not directly. SparkReceipt doesn't connect to Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive or another cloud storage service, and it can't create folders in your own cloud. It also doesn't email each receipt back to you after it is scanned. Your documents are stored in SparkReceipt itself, and there are three ways to get copies out to your own cloud or inbox.
Save your documents to your own cloud by hand
In the web app, open Documents, set the filters (for example the tax year), click Export and choose Original files (ZIP). You get every file as it was added, in one ZIP, and you can upload it to any folder you like in Dropbox, Google Drive or another cloud. Choose PDF, Excel or CSV instead when you want a report of the data. See Can I download all my documents from SparkReceipt?
Copy every new document to Dropbox or Google Drive automatically
A webhook sends each new or changed document to a URL you choose, with its data and download links to its files. Point the webhook at Zapier or Make and build a step there that saves the file to a Dropbox or Google Drive folder, or that emails it to you. SparkReceipt doesn't run this step itself; you set it up in the automation tool. See How to set up webhooks in SparkReceipt.
Get your expenses by email every week or month
Report emails sends the account owner an Excel and PDF expense report on a schedule: a weekly report of the previous week, a monthly report of the previous month, or both. In the web app, open Account settings and the Report emails tab. The account owner, admins and Accountants can change this setting. It sends a summary report, not a separate email per receipt.
Share documents with someone else
To give someone a month of documents without a login, create a time-limited live link. See How to share your documents with anyone. For ongoing access, invite your accountant instead: How to invite your accountant.
